Welcomes and goodbyes
We are delighted to welcome the newest members of our team, Dr Brook and Dr Ho, who have recently joined us, they will be seeing patients at both Rosemary Street and Oak Tree Lane.
Dr Brook will be with us until the end of March 2017, however Dr Ho will be staying until at least the Summer.
Unfortunately, we will also be losing a member of the team, as Julie takes on her new role with the ambulance service, I’m sure you will join us in wishing her all the best with her new adventure. So look out for new additions to the reception team within the coming weeks.
Fundraising events outcome
The shoe box appeal proved a massive success, we received so many boxes, they couldn’t take them all in one go! We also managed to raise £35 for John Eastwood Hospice and £240 for the British Heart Foundation. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your generosity in helping us support these organisations.

Going on holiday this year? For a long period of time? Unfortunately, due to NHS guidelines, we are only able to give a 3 month supply of medication. Some prescribed medications, such as controlled drugs can be limited to the amount you can take abroad.
Please contact the surgery if you are in doubt with any of your medication before you go and we will be happy to help.
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Lastly, referring to our patient questionnaire last month, the majority came back with an overall good rating for the surgery and the care they receive by us, as well as it being with the clinician of their choice.
We always welcome your feedback, if you have anything you would like to put forward do not hesitate to let us know!
